If using the Salt Cave, please feel free to bring comfortable clothing, otherwise we offer robes for your session. We do offer lockers to keep your personal belongings in during your session as well.
Salt Cave
- Come experience a cave-like atmosphere surrounded by 3 tons of Himalayan Salt. While breathing air saturated with 84 minerals, you will be relaxing in a comfortable chair and listening to soothing music. The Himalayan salt enriched microclimate will release negative ions to help balance your health in a natural way by strengthening your immune system. Then add the glowing hues of orange light to promote energy, creativity, and total body harmony. Cave sessions should be booked over the phone or in person to ensure availability.
Sauna
- Enjoy our only Sunlighten saunas. These saunas are medical-grade, clinically backed and proven 95-99% effective. The benefits of the saunas include: weight loss and increased metabolism, muscle pain relief, immune system boost, detoxification, improved appearance of cellulite, ease of joint pain and stiffness, stress and fatigue reduction, and an improvement in skin health.
Massage Therapy
- Our massage therapists use a variety of advanced techniques which is why we customize everything. They offer a multitude of different techniques including: Swedish, Deep Tissue, Neuromuscular, Sports, Pre- and Post-Natal, Warm Stone, Cold Stone, Warm Himalayan Salt Stone, Raindrop Therapy, Couples Massage, Chair Massage, Warm jojoba scalp, neck, and shoulder massage, and Cupping, along with mud and seaweed wraps, sugar, coffee, and salt scrubs.
Facials/Waxing
- Our spa also offers signature facials, epic facials, microdermabrasion, acne facials, anti-aging facials, chemical peels, back facials, and electrotherapy facials, as well as waxing services.
Q Wellness Bed
- A titanium-lined wellness bed that uses heat, sound and frequency to support the body to reach wellness. The Q Bed combines infrared heat, sound and microcurrent stimulation for a relaxing session.
Out of respect for our therapists time, and other guests that might want your time slot, please give 24 hour notice if you need to cancel to avoid being charged a cancellation fee. Cancellation fee will be 50% of the total service price. This policy will go into effect November 1st, 2019.
